Internet Sales Consultant
The Internet Sales Consultant (ISC) will have responsibility for customer lead management to facilitate the internet customer's buying experience. The Internet Sales Consultant will be the initial point of contact between the Dealership and the Internet Customer for all internet related activities.  The ISC will respond to Internet customer inquiries and ensure that the dealership's internet department profit and customer satisfaction goals and objectives are obtained. The ISC will match the customer needs with model and equipment and presents vehicle in terms of customer’s interest. The ISC will offer an invitation to the customer to visit the dealership and take ownership of customer's vehicle purchase or service experience and/or will hand off to a qualified sales or service consultant.
Reports To:  Business Development Manager/General Sales Manager / General Manager

 

Business Development Coordinator (P/T)

Customer Service Representative to staff the Business Development Center. Duties include handling inbound calls, contacting an extensive existing customer database by phone, scheduling sales and service appointments, and data entry. Applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Must be available evenings and Saturdays
* Direct sales, customer service or telemarketing experience
* Above average communication and interpersonal skills * Basic computer skills (Windows based programs)
